1. Services
CEO Turbo provides website design, advertising setup and management, SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Business Profile and social profile optimization, email campaign design, NFC Google review cards, a free online visibility audit and related digital marketing services. By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Google review cards
Review cards ship unprogrammed; you write your own Google review link to the card using our free setup guide. Shipping, returns and replacements are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. The cards link to your Google review page; Google controls whether reviews are published, and you're responsible for asking for reviews in line with Google's review policies (no incentives, no review gating, no fake reviews). Google is a trademark of Google LLC; CEO Turbo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
2a. Free audit
The free audit is an automated snapshot of public information and your answers. It's provided as-is for information, may contain errors, and isn't a guarantee of rankings or results.
3. Payments
Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Service packages require payment upfront or as set out in your written quote or service agreement. Advertising spend is billed by the ad platforms directly to your own ad account.
4. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, AI-assistant recommendations, ad performance and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, leads or sales. Results shown on this site are real past results and are not a promise of future results.
5. Intellectual property
Designs, branding and content created by CEO Turbo remain our property until paid in full. On full payment, you receive the rights to use the deliverables for your business as set out in your agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and the assets needed to complete the work, and for having the rights to any content you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
7. Limitation of liability
CEO Turbo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
